Buying your first home?

The Queensland Building Boost has expired (on 30th April 2012) but there is still assistance to help you buy your first home. The First Home Owners Grant has helped Queenslanders into their first house for over a decade. If you are buying your first property worth under $750,000, and you and your spouse have never received the grant before, then you may be eligible for a one-off $7,000 grant towards the purchase.
